To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Platform

Sorted provides a platform for sellers to list products and buyers to purchase them. While we strive to ensure a safe environment, Sorted is not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, except where explicitly stated (e.g., Sorted Express items).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Sorted for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs our service. Prohibited activities include fraud, spamming, and infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Sorted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
