1. Delivery Coverage

Sorted delivers to all major towns and regions across Kenya. We use a combination of our own delivery fleet and trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your orders reach you safely.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Nairobi & Environs: 1-2 business days.
• Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, etc.): 2-4 business days.
• Remote Areas: 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery destination. You will see the final shipping cost at the checkout page before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you can track its progress in real-time through your dashboard or the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery agents will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be required to pay for re-delivery.
